When Choosing the Right Personal Trainer, you should ask yourself the following …

Has the trainer got the right qualifications ?

Will your trainer have other skill sets to maximise or complement your training program?

Do they have adequate experience to base your training on?

Are they competitively priced?

In order to practice successfully as a Personal Trainer, a minimum of a Level 3 certification must be achieved. In England, you must complete a program from a recognised college to become a personal trainer. This program needs to comply with the Register of Exercise Professionals guidelines.

You can also check if your Pt has attended other courses such as Kettlebells, Padwork, Sports conditioning etc, or perhaps certifications in other disciplines.
