Hello, my name is Clinton and I am a Level 4 Personal Trainer with over 10 years of teaching experience in group classes and 1-2-1 training.
My workouts can be described as fun and effective but never easy.
As a coach and trainer, I am here to advise and to manage your training program in order for you to achieve all your health and fitness goals, whether you are a newbie who wants a personalised experience to the club or an aspiring athlete looking for alternative methods of training to help improve performance.
I write weight management programs and can prescribe strength and conditioning exercises for those recovering from injury.
I will manage your training programme and be accountable for your progress at each stage of your training.
You can be assured that my commitment to your success will match your personal efforts and dedication to the program.
I am also a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists as a certified acupuncturist and recognised by Yoga Alliance UK as Senior Yoga instructor.
